Let me explain all about these disabilities. Next time you post an address of your site and request a blogroll add-on, all your comments will be removed. And next time you post a comment ANYWERE then your comment will be deleted. (doesnt matter if its a blog adress or not)

Your name will be flagged. This means that your name will be put to attention. So we can watch you closely if we see a trace in your name in something else. (Youtube channel – forums etc)

Youtube access will mean that if you are a youtube user, you will be blocked from our channel. 

Joining will mean you will not be allowed to join as a site moderator OR a club penguin police member

Im sorry, guys, that I have to take this seriously, but everytime I see a sign saying “New comment” I get exited… And I say “Yes! A new comment! Lets see what this user thinks of this new update” But all it turnes out to be is this:
